1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment or order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Time

We offer nationwide shipping through reliable courier partners.

  • Major Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Remote/Outskirts: 4–7 working days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unexpected issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location.

  • Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your provided contact number is active so the rider can reach you.


5. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If the provided address or phone number is incorrect, the courier may not be able to deliver.

  • The courier will make multiple attempts before returning the parcel to us.

  • Customers may be responsible for re-shipping charges in such cases.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • missing items, or

  • incorrect product,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video as proof.
We will assist you with a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within Pakistan only.
